These terms apply between Barken1 and the person who, either personally or through another party, books/pays for a camper van pitch at Barken1.
The person booking/paying is referred to as the “Customer” in these terms. The provider is referred to as “Barken1”.
The booking/payment concerns the rental of a camper van pitch at Barken1. Customers/guests at Barken1 are required to follow Barken1’s Rules of Conduct.
Customers/guests who do not comply with these rules may be asked to leave the premises by Barken1 staff.
To book/pay for a camper van pitch on the website barken1.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. A bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required to complete the payment.
The price includes the rental of the pitch and any electricity connection (including usage) of 6 amperes. Pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information in the confirmation is accurate. The booking confirmation will be sent via email and text message (SMS). In case of any errors, Barken1 must be contacted within 7 days of receipt, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made directly, even at the time of booking.
Cancellations can only be made online via barken1.se. Cancellations < 24h before the start of the booking will not be refunded.
Barken1 is not responsible for forgotten items. Barken1 is not liable for damage or losses caused by third parties.
The customer/guests must care for the pitch, marina facilities, and comply with the applicable rules, instructions, and regulations.
Customers/guests must observe silence and show respect toward others between 23:00 and 08:00.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Hazardous waste must be disposed of at the environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated containers. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
Payment is made online.
Drinking water may not be used for washing vehicles.

This is an agreement between the customer (the person booking) and Barken1. The agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if:
The terms of this document are not met.
The customer/guests behave disruptively in the area.
The customer/guests cause damage in the area.
In the event of a breach, the customer/guests must immediately leave the area. In case of damage or disruptive behavior, compensation may be claimed from the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, or other events considered force majeure, Barken1 may terminate the agreement. The customer and their guests will then be informed as soon as possible.
